Personal Development & Leadership Training Programme

Do you want to go deeper in your walk with Jesus Christ? One2Lead is about equipping 16-25-year-olds to know Jesus better and make Him known to others.

Each weekend there is practical and interactive teaching on theology and personal growth. There are also sessions for encouragement and time to reflect on how faith relates to what’s happening in today’s society. Along with the main activity on Saturday afternoon, there’s plenty of time to have tea, cake, and chill with new friends.

Teaching Sessions

They include: Exploring God & the Bible: Old Testament Explored, New Testament Unpacked, God the Father, Jesus the Son, The Holy Spirit & The Church Personal Development: Understanding Myself, Understanding our world, Being a Disciple, Relationships, Sharing Faith, Developing and Maintaining a Walk with God.

Group activities

May include canoeing, laser tag, archery tag, high ropes, aquaparks, coasteering, bowling, and much more.

After graduating from One2Lead, there is the opportunity to explore some topics in further depth, these include: Discipleship, Evangelism, Engaging with Our World, Leadership, Walking through the Old Testament, and Walking through the New Testament.

What do I get out of it?

One2Lead is a highly regarded course with many students going on to further theological study or overseas mission. At the end of this course, students should be more confident in their relationship with Jesus and equipped to be fruitful and faith-filled leaders. Where could it take me? One2Lead graduates have gone on to Bible colleges, universities, Christian ministry, and active involvement in local churches. Graduates have also gone on to Counties Training, Evangelism, and Mission gap year programme.

“One2Lead is the reason my faith is strong. I was taught more about God, as well as techniques to battle difficult questions about the Bible and my faith”
